The Purpose & Performance Accelerator is a 3-month program designed to translate your purpose into tangible results and sustained momentum. Through seven coaching sessions (either 60 or 90 minutes each, typically bi-weekly), we'll not only reinforce your vision and values but also actively work on building supportive strategies and habits. This program is valuable for individuals ready to bridge the gap between insight and action. It includes three dedicated activity modules, tailored book recommendations with discussions, the development of customized performance charts to track your progress and accelerate your growth as a leader and individual, and one 15-minute "spot call" for timely support between sessions.
Our Remote Sessions offer a powerful and convenient way to engage in deep, transformative coaching from wherever you are in the world. These bi-weekly 60-minute online sessions are conducted via secure video conference (e.g., Google Meet), allowing for concentrated dialogue, strategic planning, and insightful exploration. The value lies in its accessibility and efficiency, fitting seamlessly into your demanding schedule while providing dedicated space for you to gain clarity, address challenges, and accelerate your growth. Even in a remote setting, we can incorporate principles of mind-body awareness, often through guided reflection or suggested pre-session activities, to ensure a holistic approach to your development.
For a truly holistic and dynamic coaching experience, our Embodied Sessions are designed to integrate mind, body, and potentially spirit through active engagement. These 90-minute in-person sessions go beyond traditional conversation by incorporating movement and physical activity to unlock deeper insights. Whether it's a walking, stretching, kettlebell training, cycling, rolling putts, hitting tennis balls, table tennis, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or possibly other mutually agreed-upon activities, the value of an Embodied Session lies in its experiential nature. Typically, the first third of the session will involve the physical activity. By engaging your whole self, you can often access new levels of awareness, build resilience more tangibly, and find that physical engagement powerfully reinforces your mental and purposeful shifts. This unique approach offers a distinct path to integrating your learning and fostering lasting transformation. In addition, it's fun!
